What's changed?

The Good Work Plan by, the Department for BEIS has amended the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003 (the "Conduct Regulations"), It is now required that we provide a key information document to all agency workers.

If you begin working with us after April 6th 2020 we will send you a key information document which will confirm the specific vendor set up you have chosen and detail all deductions that will be taken from your pay, and the gross amount that will in turn be passed to you.

What is their purpose?

These documents do not include all relevant contractual information.
